Our USA Organic Grass-fed Ghee is a healthy, high-heat cooking oil that’s rich in nutritional value and has a delicious buttery taste. We make our ghee the traditional Ayurvedic way, by slow-cooking grass-fed butter and removing all of the lactose, casein, and moisture. The result is a lactose-free, paleo, shelf-stable oil, perfect for the health-conscious cook. An excellent alternative to butter that’s great for cooking, roasting, sautéing, or spreading on toast. HOW TO USE

GREAT SUBSTITUTE FOR OLIVE OIL OR BUTTER

Organic ghee (clarified butter) can be used anywhere you might traditionally use olive oil or butter. Cook your eggs with ghee, saute veggies, spread on toast to help break down that hard to digest gluten, add a teaspoon to your coffee or tea to balance acidity and to protect your gut lining.

Our certified organic grass-fed ghee has a high smoke point and is perfect for high-heat cooking: sauteing, roasting, and searing.

WHY YOU SHOULD USE

Because we remove all of the dairy components of the butter, our ghee has a flashpoint of 485 degrees, superior to cooking with olive oil or coconut oil, it won’t burn and both taste and quality of the ghee won’t be compromised. Cooking with ghee also enhances the flavor of your food and is easily digestible while actually promoting healthy assimilation and accessibility of nutrients.

Better than all the others

I have been buying farmtrue ghee for a number of years now. I've had other brands but they don't even come close to comparing to farmtrue. I have an added advantage of being able to pick it up because their shop is only about a 1/2 hr. drive from my home. Open the jar and take a whiff. Smells like butter on steroids!!!

Ghee is a major component of my diet for the past decade, so before I tried Farmtrue, I had tried many other brands. I have to say this is The Best ghee I’ve ever had. Hands down. It’s almost like a carmel-like dessert all on it’s own. It’s bright orange color speaks to the higher beta carotene the grass-fed cow product offers. It offers enduring satiation. It elevates all my cooking.
