Our grass-fed garlic ghee is infused with spring scapes sourced from local farmers. We use the scape because it’s sweeter and milder than the garlic bulb, creating a delicate flavor that enhances all of your cooking, whether it’s eggs, seafood, chicken, or just as a delicious spread.
The scapes from the garlic plant infuse a gentle, mild garlic flavor into our grass-fed ghee. The scapes are the bright green shoots that are actually an herb that is sweeter and milder in flavor than the garlic bulb which tends to be on the acidic side, aggravating the digestive tract.

HOW TO USE
Our garlic scape grass-fed ghee is perfect for high-heat cooking: sauteing, roasting, and searing your savory dishes such as seafood, vegetables, and eggs. Stir into pasta or spread on toast for an instant garlic flavor.
WHY YOU SHOULD USE
Because we remove all of the dairy components of the butter, our ghee has a flashpoint of 485 degrees, superior to cooking with olive oil or coconut oil, it won’t burn and both taste and quality of the ghee won’t be compromised.
Cooking with ghee also enhances the flavor of your food and is easily digestible while actually promoting healthy assimilation and accessibility of nutrients.
Note to our customers: What was previously known as the 9oz size is now the 8oz size. We are using the same jar and filling it the same amount as always.
